Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for Nursing Specialist HF, DNI, FaGe 50-100% / 80- 100%/ 60-100% Area of responsibility: • Professional care and support of our residents or patients, taking their individual needs into account • Coordination and implementation of the care and support process in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team • Medication management, including the documentation and control of medication administration Your profile • Training as a Dipl.
