Our goal is to make the purchasing and logistics processes of our customers smarter and more efficient with our gate2b platform. As a project manager, you will accompany our customers from the first process analysis to the go-live of their automated supply chain. You are the bridge between business and technology and ensure that digital solutions create real added value. Your tasks • Needs analysis: You analyze the purchasing and accounting processes of our customers together with them and identify optimization potential. • Solution design: You develop the optimal use and configuration of the gate2b platform together with the customer and translate requirements into efficient digital processes. • Interface function: You translate business requirements into technical requirements and coordinate the collaboration with our development team. • Project management: You accompany projects from planning to go-live. • Change management: You support customers in switching from paper-based processes to automated digital workflows. Your profile • Process understanding: You know business processes in purchasing and accounting (Source-to-Pay). • Communication strength: You can convey complex processes in a understandable way and communicate with different contacts from departments and IT at eye level. • Project methods: Experience in project management as well as in handling common project management tools and methods • Digital affinity: Basic understanding of e-business, electronic data exchange processes, as well as ERP systems and cloud-based software solutions. • Analytical thinking and customer orientation.
