Microtechniques Technician (M/F)

Your mission

Are you a technician with training in microtechniques, methods, quality, or industrial operations? Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced technician, we are looking, in view of a future job opening, for several profiles to join various technical departments at a leading player in prestige watchmaking, in Genève. We are looking for people with training and/or experience in the following fields: Microtechniques, Industrial techniques / operations, Methods and industrialization, Quality (control, quality assurance, documentation), Maintenance or industrial equipment. - Examples of possible missions depending on the department: Methods / Industrialization: -Monitoring and updating manufacturing files, -Steering continuous process improvement projects, -Participation in cross-functional projects. Quality: -Steering projects related to quality, -Facilitating project meetings, -Drafting quality documents and processing non-conformities. Operations / Production / Microtechniques: -Technical support to production, -Steering projects related to production and production equipment, -Participation in the production launch of new references. Maintenance / equipment: -Technical monitoring of production equipment, -Second-level maintenance, -Relationship with service providers.

Your profile

Profile: -ES technician diploma, or equivalent in a technical field, -Interest in the watchmaking industry, precision work, and continuous improvement, -Autonomy, rigor, analytical capacity, -Ease in a demanding and structured environment, -Team spirit and good communication, -Knowledge of standard IT tools, -Experience in watchmaking or a related field = a plus
