Pflegefachperson 40-100% # for Senevita Casa in St.Gallen, to start immediately or by agreement. Your tasks ## • You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care for our customers • You will advise and accompany our customers and their relatives • You will conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC for the customer • You will create care documentation and individual care planning • Other employees will guide, advise, and coach you What you bring ## • Training as a Dipl.
