We search for, advise, and support specialists and companies in the successful filling of positions, from the first contact through recruitment to successful employment. As an apprentice, you are in the middle of the action from the start and gain versatile experience in various areas.

• You will receive a versatile insight into the world of personnel consultancy and get to know different commercial areas.
• You will support our team in varied day-to-day business and take on your own tasks and responsibility step by step.
• You will be in contact with candidates and companies, personally, by telephone, and digitally.
• You will work with modern programs and learn to organize professionally, communicate, and support customers.
• You will accompany exciting recruitments and experience how a first contact becomes a successful job placement.

What you bring with you ###

• You graduate from secondary school with good to very good grades.
• You are curious, reliable, and enjoy learning new things.
• You like approaching people and communicate openly and friendly.
• Working on the computer is fun for you and you are interested in digital tools.
• You are a team player and want to get to know a profession with a lot of variety and human contact.
• Very good German skills; foreign languages are a plus.
