Your field of action ### • In this responsible function, you take on deputy personnel management tasks within your department and support the department management in ensuring a high-quality, efficient and economical operation. You accompany employees and promote their professional and personal development, drive projects and innovations forward and contribute to a appreciative, constructive team culture • Your clinical focus is on radiological patient care in the children's hospital and in the women's clinic. In doing so, you ensure optimal, purposeful and economical care for patients. As part of the cross-site collaboration, you also take on deployments, rotations and services at the center • With technical expertise and overview, you prepare radiological examinations and therapies, carry them out independently and process them afterwards. You consistently adhere to working instructions, radiation protection regulations and guidelines for patient and examination safety • In addition, you coordinate the inpatient day program, support outpatient processes, document and invoice services correctly, take on administrative tasks according to processes and SOPs, and ensure structured and efficient workflows Your experience ### • You have completed training as a certified radiology specialist HF/FH or have equivalent qualifications, and have several years of active clinical experience.
