As a Senior IT Consultant (m/f/d), you are a key person in our consulting team and act in the following areas of responsibility:

Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering

• Collection, analysis, and documentation of functional and technical requirements as well as analysis of business processes
• Conducting workshops and requirements analyses with customers
• Creation of business requirements, user stories, functional concepts, and specifications
• Interface function between customers, suppliers, and development teams

Project Management

• Planning, steering, and monitoring of IT projects
• Leading project teams in agile project environments
• Schedule, cost, resource, and risk management
• Communication with stakeholders at functional and management levels
• Ensuring project goals regarding quality, budget, and deadlines

Customer Consulting & Business Development

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Identification of sales and expansion potential with existing customers
• Support with presales activities and proposal presentations

Professional Requirements

• Higher education in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training
• Several years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or IT project manager
• Sound IT background and good understanding of modern IT architectures
• Several years of project experience in at least one of the following industries:
• Banking and insurance
• Healthcare
• Public administrations
• Experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes
• Good knowledge of requirements engineering and project management
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) as well as classic project approaches
• Fluent German and good to very good English skills
• Willingness to travel (customers in the Bern and Zürich area)
