Your mission In this function, you are responsible for the operational steering of your sector and ensure the coordination of a large production team. Your main responsibilities will notably include: * Supervise, unite and develop a team of more than 35 collaborators; * Organize and steer the production activities of your scope; * Dimension resources according to needs and objectives; * Monitor performance indicators and implement the necessary actions; * Guarantee the achievement of objectives in terms of quality, deadlines, costs, productivity and safety; * Develop and monitor the operating budget of your group; * Ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards; * Collaborate closely with the various departments and internal partners; * Identify optimization possibilities and promote a culture of continuous improvement; * Participate in the definition and implementation of the orientations of your sector; * Support collaborators in their development and foster a positive and high-performing work environment. Your profile We are looking for a person having a higher technical training, for example: * HES Engineer, * ES Technician in business processes, * or training deemed equivalent. You also correspond to the profile if you are: * Comfortable in managing multidisciplinary teams; * Capable of uniting and motivating collaborators with different profiles and backgrounds; * Possessing natural leadership and a good sense of responsibility; * Autonomous in decision-making and proactive; * Comfortable with performance indicators and objective monitoring; * Sensitive to continuous improvement processes; * Communicative, listening and capable of creating a climate of trust; * Structured, organized and solution-oriented; * Comfortable in collaboration with different interlocutors. Confirmed experience in a production environment is expected for this position.
