For us, the needs of the children, their families and the team are central. We meet each other with appreciation, openness and a person-centered attitude. Each child is perceived as an independent personality and is individually accompanied in their development. Our Kita consists of two groups - a mixed-age group as well as a toddler group. The rural environment offers ideal opportunities to discover nature together with the children. Our spacious garden also invites daily playing, researching and lingering. Playing together, loving accompaniment in everyday life, targeted activities and spending conscious time with the children are a matter of course for us and are designed with great joy. What awaits you Accompanying and promoting the children in everyday life according to a needs- and person-centered attitude Co-shaping a varied and loving Kita everyday life Close cooperation with parents, the team as well as learners Co-responsibility for an appreciative team culture Accompanying and supporting FaBeK learners on their professional path Active co-shaping and further development of our pedagogical work What you bring with you Completed training as a Childcare Specialist (FaBeK EFZ) or an equivalently recognized training Joy in working with children Independent, reliable and responsible way of working Teamwork skills, willingness to reflect and openness to new things Enthusiasm for accompanying learners in everyday professional life Flexibility What you can look forward to - 5 weeks vacation -- 2 weeks company holidays in a row during the summer holidays ?
