In the versatile and demanding areas of responsibility, you will independently operate the filling lines of the Pharma Filling department, lead the operating personnel on the line, monitor and control the filling lines in compliance with the manufacturing instructions and GMP requirements.

Your tasks
Independent operation of the filling lines of the Pharma Filling department
Technical leadership of the operating personnel on the line
Monitoring and controlling the filling lines while complying with the manufacturing instructions and GMP requirements
Performing simple troubleshooting during operation (Troubleshooting)
Responsible for adhering to time and quantity specifications with the support of the line management
Performing and documenting In-Process Controls (IPC)
Responsible for the GMP-compliant documentation of the completed filling orders
Ensuring that the required materials (bulk, packaging materials, etc.) are booked in a timely and proper manner and reach the line
Compliance with the defined specifications for hygiene, health protection, and occupational safety
Co-responsible for the maintenance of the plants together with the setup technicians
Our requirements
Completed vocational training as a Machine Operator EFZ or Chemical or Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ or comparable qualification
Experience in the operation and monitoring of filling lines in the pharma, cosmetics, or food industry
Ability for independent problem-solving and proactive identification of improvement opportunities
Good German skills in speaking and writing, English is an advantage
Willingness for 3-shift and Saturday work. the activity includes regular work in the three-shift system and occasional Saturday assignments
Careful, precise, and clean way of working
Knowledge in handling ERP systems as well as good knowledge of computer-controlled plants
