This Geneva-based fiduciary firm supports a clientele composed notably of companies and the self-employed in their accounting and fiduciary needs. As part of the reinforcement of its team, it is looking for a confirmed Fiduciary Accountant at 80-100%, capable of autonomously taking charge of a portfolio of varied mandates.
Your tasks at your new employer
Autonomously take charge of a portfolio of companies and the self-employed
Ensure the complete maintenance of their accounts
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Perform accounting reconciliations and controls
Prepare VAT returns
Carry out closing work and annual closings
Prepare annual accounts
Prepare tax returns for legal entities
Ensure the monitoring of deadlines related to your portfolio
Exchange directly with clients and support them with their accounting questions
Identify any anomalies or missing information and ensure follow-up
Document important particulars of the files to ensure structured follow-up
No auditing or audit work is planned as part of the position
You offer your new employer
Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent, ideally completed by training in accounting
A diploma in accounting, a federal certificate of specialist in finance and accounting or fiduciary agent constitutes an asset
Ideally 4 to 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fiduciary accounting
A very good command of French and Microsoft 365, knowledge of Crésus is an advantage
A good ability to identify and resolve common accounting issues
