Teleoperator for AI Robot Control (m/f/d)

Our client is a highly innovative technology company in the field of AI-supported robotics, which develops intelligent software solutions for the logistics of the future. For a pioneering project in the St. Gallen region – automated packaging and sorting in the logistics sector – we are looking for smart minds to take over the control, fine-tuning, and training of the robots as teleoperators.

Your tasks: Controlling, calibrating and optimizing
Robot interaction: Taking over manual teleoperation and remote control during complex gripping and packaging processes (e.g., packaging shoes)

Fine-tuning & calibration: Precise adjustment and calibration of robot parameters so that the gripper captures objects exactly and carefully

Supporting Machine Learning: Through your inputs, the AI systems learn continuously and improve their autonomy during ongoing operation

Process monitoring: Monitoring the material flow and resolving minor deviations in the workflow

Your profile:
Background: Technical interest or flair for robotics, mechanics and software - academic training is not mandatory

Affinity & skills: Enthusiasm for gaming / video games is a huge plus – quick comprehension, fine motor skills and good spatial awareness on screen are crucial

Mindset: Analytical mind ("smart minds"), patience when training AI systems and enjoyment of modern technology

Languages: Good German or English skills for coordination within the developer team
