For our Neuchâtel offices Corporate insurance Technical Administrator For our Neuchâtel offices, the Qualibroker Swiss Risk and Care group is looking for a: Corporate Technical Administrator 100% Your main missions: Manage a multi-line insurance portfolio (excluding LPP) for large and medium-sized corporate clients in various economic sectors, including the administrative aspect (checking insurance policies, preparing tenders and comparisons); Carrying out analysis mandates for new clients, highlighting strengths and weaknesses; Adapting and optimizing insurance coverages in relation to developments in the insurance market or the structure and activities of the companies concerned; Management of insurance contracts for our private and corporate clients, providing information to clients and the insured, claims follow-up; Tenders, preparation of comparisons; Execution of various administrative tasks; Advising clients and developing client solutions; Development of existing portfolios; Participation in cross-functional projects and implementation within the team; Monitoring the market and products; Working in a team and in collaboration with client managers and specialists; Ensuring regular exchange between the different stakeholders. Your profile: Confirmed experience with an insurance company or a broker in Switzerland in a similar position; Possession of a Federal Diploma in insurance or an equivalent diploma; otherwise, an AFA intermediary certificate is mandatory; Technical skills in all branches (excluding LPP and life); A good communicator and comfortable in human relations; Proactive, organized, and autonomous with a high sense of customer service and confidentiality; Strong orientation towards customer service; Marked willingness to combine efforts with colleagues working towards a common goal; Proficiency in French, German is an asset; Workplace: Neuchâtel Activity rate: 100% Start date: To be agreed Why join us?
