In order to complete its team, it has mandated us for the recruitment of its future: Technical Referent (M/F) In a demanding and constantly evolving industrial environment, you will play a key role as a technical referent, by driving process optimization and supporting teams towards operational excellence. Your responsibilities: Ensure the settings and monitoring of a 3-axis CNC machine park in turning Perform setups and adjust parameters to guarantee production performance and stability Optimize machining processes in a continuous improvement logic Support and train teams in order to strengthen their technical skills and their autonomy Lead trials on new tooling, analyze the results and propose concrete improvements Standardize working methods and disseminate good practices within the workshop Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions and ensure the robustness of processes Your profile: CFC in polymechanic or equivalent training Proven experience in CNC machining, setup and settings in turning Mastery of demanding technical environments, ideally on Schaublin machines (Fanuc) Good knowledge of control means, reading and adaptation of ISO programs, Gibbscam Knowledge of grinding hard materials, an asset Experience in continuous improvement or industrial performance appreciated Team spirit, fluid communication and solution orientation Rigor, analytical spirit, autonomy and proactivity What awaits you: A key function at the crossroads of technology, continuous improvement and the transmission of knowledge A modern, demanding and excellence-oriented industrial environment A position with a strong impact on production performance and quality A culture valuing expertise, autonomy and professional evolution Ready to take on this challenge?
