• You are responsible for the coordination, management, and continuous improvement of the security and protection framework at the location in Dagmersellen
• You take over the operational security management as well as the risk assessment and crisis management
• You are responsible for technical security systems as well as for the operational readiness of evacuation and emergency plans
• You lead security processes, procedures, and documentation and conduct training, audits, and awareness sessions
• You coordinate managers and stakeholders and actively support security projects
• You ensure business continuity and resilience

What you bring: ##

• Sound experience in security management as well as knowledge of industrial and company-related security environments
• Experience in leading teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, project management experience, as well as knowledge in communication and reporting
• Know-how in the areas of technical security systems as well as legal and regulatory compliance
• Very good English skills (written and oral)
• Knowledge in business continuity and resilience
