The Hofmatt is located above Lake Wohlensee with a fantastic view of the Bernese and Freiburg Alps and belongs to the foundation of the same name. We offer people in need of care and support a home. We are a modern care center with 80 places, a specialized living group for people with dementia and a day center. A generation meeting place with a playground and animals rounds out the coherent offer for young and old.

We are looking for an

Activation Specialist HF for Team Management Activation 80-100%

from October 2026 or by agreement

This is how you will support us:

• You will put the residents and their independence and self-determination at the center of your actions and orient yourself to their needs
• You will lead, organize and coordinate the Activation team, including HF students in personnel and technical matters according to the foundation's values
• You will implement the conceptual guidelines of the Activation department
• You will further develop the activation according to the strategy
• You will clarify the needs, plan, implement and evaluate activation therapeutic offers and activating everyday designs throughout the house, including seasonal events
• You will design interdisciplinary cooperation, including active case discussions
