To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for a technically savvy personality who enjoys a versatile activity in indoor and field service, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Top Chance: Service Technician. Indoor and Field Service.
Your tasks
You will start with careful training, during which you will accompany our experienced field service technician and simultaneously learn the machines, processes, and products in the plant from the ground up. This allows you to grow into the role step by step and gradually take over service assignments independently. After successful training, the focus of your activity will be in the field. You install, maintain, and repair machines, commission new systems, and ensure that everything works reliably for the customer. In the event of malfunctions, you are the central contact person and ensure fast and sustainable solutions – directly on-site or also remotely. Additionally, you will work in the plant, supporting internal assembly and production and taking care of the preparation of assignments. In doing so, you ensure that materials and processes are optimally coordinated and that everything functions smoothly.
What you bring with you
Technical basic training with EFZ (Polymechanic, Automations Technician, or similar)
Good mechanical and good electrotechnical knowledge (reading and understanding diagrams)
Advantageously, knowledge of networks (setting up, configuring networks and integrating devices)
Experience as a service technician as well as in handling remote tools is an advantage
Reliable, resilient, and team-oriented personality with an independent and solution-oriented way of working
Valid driving license Cat. B as well as good German skills

A company vehicle is available for your assignments and you receive a company credit card for your expenses.
