What awaits you ### • Welcoming internal and external employees • Directing and accompanying clients as needed • Management of the telephone switchboard, emails and specific requests • Offering excellent reception and service • Management of seminar rooms • Administrative support for the general services department • Invoicing support • Management of mail, DHL and other carriers • Maintenance of the stockroom (office supplies and material stock) • Ensuring follow-up with suppliers and service providers What you bring ### • Coming from a degree-granting training in the field of hospitality or catering • Benefiting from at least 5 years of experience in hospitality and/or corporate reception in an international context • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft suite Excellent mastery of French, English and German, orally and in writing (minimum C1 level mandatory) • Strong customer orientation • Excellent interpersonal skills and endowed with very good communication skills • Very organized, capable of managing multiple priorities with great attention to detail • Proactivity and flexibility • Discretion and autonomy Ready for us?
