• Experience in monitoring care, Intermediate Care (IMC) or intensive care is an advantage
• Confidence in dealing with complex care situations and medical devices
• Resilience, ability to make quick decisions and structured working under pressure
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
