• Create and interpret legal foundations for the key areas of biomedicine
• Draft decree templates and participate in legislative processes
• Advise BAG specialist units, assess legal issues, and edit procedural documents
• Manage internal administrative consultations, parliamentary motions, and popular initiatives
• Provide legal advice to federal offices, cantonal authorities, and interest groups

This makes you unique

• Degree in law from a Swiss university; ideally a bar admission, doctorate, or equivalent qualification
• Expertise in constitutional and administrative law and sovereign application of legal methods; experience in law-making processes is an advantage
• Analytical and networked thinking, structured and exact way of working, as well as high autonomy
• Target-group-oriented communication in spoken and written form, service-oriented advice, and constructive cooperation
• Very good German and/or French skills, with good knowledge of a second official language
