Les Remontées Mécaniques de Crans-Montana operate a ski area of scale as well as a network of 10 mountain restaurants. In this unique setting combining technical infrastructure and high-altitude hospitality, we are looking for an HR Manager, Autonomous and service-oriented, to ensure the smooth operation of HR administrative activities and support employees on a daily basis. HR Manager 60%, CDI YOUR MISSION: Ensure complete administrative management of the employee life cycle (hiring, integration, changes and departures). Participate in the recruitment process: publication of job postings, pre-selection of applications and organization of interviews. Prepare and monitor employment contracts, amendments and other HR documents. Manage personnel files and ensure data is up-to-date in the HR information system (SIRH Abacus). Collaborate on preparing variable salary elements and controlling payroll data. Monitor absences, vacations, accidents and medical certificates. Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR procedures and legislation. Participate in organizing training, monitoring skills and developing employees. Develop and update HR dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, recruitment, etc.). Contribute to HR projects related to digitalization, process improvement and employee experience. Ensure compliance with legal obligations, collective agreements and internal procedures.
