In Residential Care with Presence Support (Team VorOrt 1), around 35 employees accompany, care for, and look after about 44 residents. The interprofessional team supports the residents according to their needs, strengthens their participation and self-efficacy, promotes the greatest possible independence, and ensures the necessary security by being available on-site as a competent contact person at all times. The team has been newly composed due to an ongoing organizational development process and is therefore still in the reorientation phase. You enjoy accompanying, supporting, and promoting the employees on this path. Your commitment to optimizing processes and advancing further development is a big plus for working in the interprofessional team. In cooperation with the other co-leaders and the specialist managers from the disciplines of psychiatry, agogics, and somatics, you participate actively, help shape, and take on responsibility. What you bring with you You have an HF or FH degree (psychiatry, social sector, or nursing) and ideally completed leadership training. Your already acquired leadership experience enables high decision-making and implementation skills. You convince through negotiation skills, resilience, and your flair for interdisciplinary cooperation. Dealing with psychiatrically demanding clientele with partly somatic complaints is not entirely foreign to you. With your strong social competence and your humorous manner, you succeed in strengthening your team in advisory and coaching matters.
