Your tasks • You work in sales back-office in our Dietikon agency • You are the first and competent contact person for our customers on the telephone and at the reception • You carry out telephone and personal consultations and specifically recognize consultation and closing opportunities within the existing client base • You create tailor-made offers, adjust insurance coverage according to needs, and update customer data • You actively maintain existing customer relationships and develop them systematically (Cross- & Upselling) • You answer incoming written customer inquiries independently, efficiently, and with quality awareness in accordance with the requirements of Visana Your profile • You have a commercial apprenticeship and experience in customer contact or sales • You enjoy advising customers holistically, solution-oriented, and reliably • Ideally, you have a VBV certification • You communicate clearly, friendly, and convincingly - even in demanding conversation situations • Your German skills are very good; any further language is a plus • You work in a structured, reliable, and result-oriented manner and are proficient in using the common Office programs We at Visana shape the future of healthcare - with passion and innovation.
