Your area of responsibility

• Production and attractive presentation of fresh and seasonal dishes
• Participation in the planning and implementation of menu lines as well as promotional offers
• Support during catering, special events and manifestations
• Management of goods, orders as well as appropriate storage of food
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards according to HACCP
• Working hours: from Monday to Friday, possible interventions in the evening and on weekends every 2 months

Your profile

• Completed training as a cook or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience of several years, ideally in collective catering
• Autonomous, structured and responsible way of working
• Creativity, sense of quality and pleasure in fresh cooking
• Team-oriented personality with great resistance to stress and flexibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English orally and in writing, as well as good knowledge of French
• A clean criminal record is required
