September or by agreement, as: Team Leader: Fundraising, 70-80% Your main tasks You develop an integrated, forward-looking fundraising strategy as well as convincing detailed concepts – and implement them effectively. You identify new fundraising potential at an early stage; you systematically expand existing sources of income. To do this, you develop existing and new revenue fields systematically. You conceive and control cross-media campaigns for the acquisition, retention, and reactivation of donors and members. You lead a committed four-person team personally and professionally, promote its development, and create the conditions for successful collaboration. You continuously analyze and optimize all fundraising activities based on relevant key figures. In this way, you create well-founded, convincing decision-making bases and lead projects sovereignly and goal-oriented to success. You are responsible for the further development of the CRM as a central basis for data-based fundraising, segmentation, control, and impact measurement. Your profile You have a tertiary education or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in fundraising. Proven successes in the development and implementation of effective fundraising strategies and campaigns distinguish you. You are experienced in leading teams. You know how to promote employees and achieve goals together. You combine conceptual and strategic strength with a clear implementation orientation. You are very familiar with digital fundraising approaches. You are technically affine and secure in handling CRM systems and databases. Your analytical thinking and numerical flair enable you to recognize patterns and relationships – and make informed decisions. You convince through clear communication, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility. You like to work in a structured and outcome-oriented way. Stylistically correct German in word and writing as well as good French skills round out your profile.
