The Tingel-Tangel Varieté in Walter Zoo has been inspiring its guests for over 20 years! A varied show with acrobatics, music, magic and comedy in combination with an exclusive four-course menu ensures enthusiasm anew every year. In 2025, the Tingel-Tangel Varieté was honored with the Swiss Location Award. For our team, we are looking for people who have a natural desire to meet the high demands of our guests and, together with our show team, provide them with fantastic evenings that remain long in memory. To reinforce our Tingel-Tangel Varieté kitchen team, we are looking for a cook from

1. October or 1. November until 31. January 2027.

Your tasks

• Collaboration in the kitchen at the Tingel-Tangel Varieté (four-course menu, 160-200 people per evening)
• Readiness to work on all varieté performance days (info at www.tingel-tangel.ch)
• Cooking with enthusiasm
• Enforcement of quality and hygiene guidelines (HACCP)

What you bring

• Completed training as Köchin/Koch EFZ
• Good specialist knowledge, experience in upscale gastronomy an advantage
• High quality and responsibility awareness
• Physical fitness and stress resistance
• Good German skills
• Driver's license, own car available (no accessibility via public transport at night)
