Your responsibility In this key position, you will assume overall responsibility for the finance department of IMMER AG and its group companies. As a member of the executive board, you will actively help shape the company's development and advise the CEO and the Board of Directors on all finance-related issues. Head of Finance & Controlling – Member of the Executive Board 100% Your tasks Overall responsibility for financial accounting, controlling, taxes and insurance Leadership and further development of the areas of financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, controlling and payroll Leadership of a team of 4 employees, deputy regulation Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR Responsibility for budgeting, forecasts as well as management reporting Ensuring proactive liquidity planning and financial corporate management Tax planning as well as cooperation with the auditing body and external tax experts Preparation of tax returns and VAT statements Responsibility for payroll accounting including year-end statements and salary certificates Ensuring the correct processing of all social insurances Support of insurance management and coordination with external partners Responsibility for contract and real estate management (lease agreements) Further development of controlling as well as KPI and management information systems Digitalization and optimization of finance and HR-related processes Participation in strategic projects as well as in risk management Your profile Commercial basic training towards finance and business administration further education (FH or similar) with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Controlling Ideally further training as a Dipl. Expert in Accounting & Controlling or comparable qualification Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position, preferably in a trading company or SME Very good knowledge of finance and accounting, controlling, payroll as well as social insurance law Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV Very good German and English skills in spoken and written; Italian is an advantage Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working Entrepreneurial thinking, high integrity as well as strong communication and leadership skills Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax law.
