What you achieve

• You connect Business, IT and Security, prioritize in an impact-oriented manner and translate strategic goals into concrete, actionable features and solutions.
• With a convincing vision and a clear roadmap, you shape the future of our Workplace platform and actively drive topics such as Cloud, automation and Security.
• In PI Planning, you coordinate cross-team dependencies, promote collaboration across different disciplines and create the foundation for successful implementation.
• For teams, stakeholders and management, you ensure transparency and orientation so that priorities, target images and risks remain comprehensible at all times.
• You plan, control and coordinate the monthly releases and ensure a stable, high-quality and timely rollout in close coordination with all involved teams.

What you bring

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an agile environment such as Scrum or SAFe, as well as sound practice in responsibility for product visions, roadmaps and PI Planning.
• Sound experience in Workplace or Endpoint Management, ideally in a larger organizational environment, as well as a solid technical background, for example in Windows 11, Intune, Defender or Systems Engineering, round off your profile.
• A completed higher education in Computer Science or Business Informatics at HF, FH or University level or a comparable qualification forms the basis for this function.
• You succeed in bringing stakeholders from Business, IT and Security together, classifying different interests and actively bringing about well-founded decisions.
• A strong understanding of complex IT landscapes, technical dependencies and organizational interfaces helps you to maintain an overview even in demanding environments.
