Head of Integration Member of the Executive Board | Key position with a social mandate The Stiftung Arbeitskette operates seven gastronomy businesses in Zürich and Schlieren. With around 80 specialists, we create approximately 160 adapted training and job positions for people with health-related and social restrictions. As a member of the Executive Board, You are responsible for the Integration department and lead a team of six specialists. You will further develop our integration and inclusion offers, ensure effective psychosocial support, and contribute to implementing our social mandate sustainably and effectively. Your tasks Operational, technical, and qualitative management of the Integration department Leadership, coaching, and further development of the six directly subordinate specialist team members Regular presence in the businesses and close exchange with specialist, management, and gastronomy teams Implementation and further development of vocational integration measures as well as our integration and inclusion mandate Responsibility for case management, triage, crisis intervention, and documentation Proactive support of the specialist teams in complex cases as well as operational cooperation if required Coaching of the internal specialist teams and consulting partner organizations Collaboration with SVA, KSA, referring agencies, and other institutions Further development of processes, concepts, and quality standards Co-shaping of strategy and corporate development as a member of the Executive Board Shared responsibility for budget, social revenue targets, and the sustainable impact of our offers What you bring with you Sound experience in social work, labor integration, vocational integration, psychosocial support, or case management University degree (FH, HF, or university) preferably in the social sector or a related field Alternatively, a higher vocational qualification or comparable further training with a focus on social services, labor integration, or work pedagogy Several years of leadership experience in a social, integrative, or labor market environment Experience in collaboration with SVA, KSA, referring agencies, and other relevant partner organizations High social and technical competence combined with organizational understanding, pragmatism, and a good sense for operational processes Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as clear, appreciative, and binding communication Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility also in everyday operational life Confidence in dealing with complex situations, conflicts, and crises Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive way of working Advantageous Experience in quality management and organizational development Experience in the non-profit environment or in an organization with a social mandate Knowledge of IV measures, labor integration, and vocational integration in social services What awaits you Further training is supported Parking space Benefit in BVG Benefit in KVG Other social benefits Discount in our businesses Additional birthday Friday A meaningful leadership function with great scope for design Participation in the Executive Board and active co-shaping of the strategic development of the foundation Leadership of a dedicated team of six specialists A professional environment in which integration, development, and cooperation are central Short decision-making paths and the opportunity to implement ideas directly A versatile task with high personal responsibility and close practical relevance Are you interested?
