To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person who appreciates varied work in a modern gynecological outpatient clinic within the hospital. As a member of our team, you contribute to quickly providing competent and empathetic care to women presenting with acute gynecological disorders or requiring short-term examination. At the same time, you have the opportunity to participate actively in the implementation and development of a new outpatient care offering.

Your tasks

• Welcoming our patients from their arrival until the end of the consultation
• Triage, organization, and coordination of appointment booking - by telephone as well as via digital reservation systems
• Assistance during gynecological examinations as well as during invasive diagnostic investigations (assistance with IUD insertion, small biopsies, breast punctures, wound irrigations)
• Performing blood draws and urine analyses
• Preparation of instruments and examination rooms
• Administrative tasks as well as electronic documentation

You bring

• Completed training as a medical assistant EFZ or a registered nurse HF/FH
• Professional experience in a gynecological practice, a women's clinic, or in emergency outpatient care is an asset
• Knowledge of SAP as well as a reliable mastery of common MS Office applications
• A taste for a dynamic work environment with varied tasks
• Autonomous, structured, and responsible way of working
• Strong patient orientation as well as the ability to work in a team and to communicate
• Good knowledge of German; other languages are an advantage
