We are looking for our Technical Services department a Director of Technical Services Your mission: • As a member of the management team and directly reporting to the General Manager, you define the strategy and guarantee reliable and efficient services to our clients in the areas of construction workshops, installation and equipment maintenance, automation systems and software, equipment control and inspection, and engineering and CAD services. • As such, you lead highly qualified teams composed of more than 200 employees, spread across twenty different sectors. Your activities: • Define the strategy and ensure excellence by maintaining and continuously improving the following services: • Construction and manufacturing workshops • Maintenance of installations and equipment, including decentralized maintenance • Automation systems and software • Control and inspections • Engineering and CAD • Site infrastructure • Jointly with clients, define the maintenance strategy to optimize availability and competitiveness • As a member of the Management, you participate in the definition and implementation of the company's strategy and culture • Embbody and promote a strong culture of continuous improvement and performance measurement, with ambitious and motivating objectives • Prospect and develop third-party markets to enable the company's growth and optimize fixed costs • Manage internal and external stakeholders: internal services, clients, authorities, board of directors • Supervise, motivate and develop a highly diversified and qualified team • Embbody and promote a strong culture of accident prevention, proactive technical risk management and sustainable performance • Member of the crisis cell "ORGRA Direction" of CIMO You have: • A Master's degree in engineering (EPF/HES) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent training • At least 10 years of experience in managing highly technical services, maintenance, engineering or construction of industrial equipment • Successful and recognized management experience in a comparable organization • Excellent operational and budget management skills: ability to allocate resources effectively and control costs • Proven experience in deploying strategies and continuous improvement initiatives • Mastery of EHS issues and ability to promote a culture of prevention and regulatory compliance • An entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic and results-oriented, and good abilities to federate your collaborators and develop the potential of your teams • A permanent proposal force, good synthesis and decision-making abilities • Very good communication and interpersonal skills with our various stakeholders • Good knowledge of English (German would be a plus) We offer you: • A strong company culture, based on collaboration, trust and respect • A cutting-edge technological environment, within a SME anchored in the regional economic fabric • Real opportunities for professional development, with continuous training as a strategic pillar • Attractive conditions, including advantageous social benefits and flexibility favoring the balance between professional and personal life Start date: to be agreed
