YOUR TASKS

• Advising, supporting, and empowering the nursing teams in complex nursing situations
• Supporting a person-centered and evidence-based nursing practice
• You identify practice-relevant issues and derive development potentials from them
• You create and implement guidelines and standards and verify their implementation
• Active participation in direct nursing to maintain and further consolidate your clinical expertise. As a result, you are an important contact person for your team in daily business (approx. 60% of your workload)

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in Master of Science in Nursing and practical professional experience, preferably in surgical and/or medical specialties
• Your solution-oriented way of working and target-group-oriented communication skills distinguish you particularly.
• High patient satisfaction is important to you.
• You possess the ability to act in an interface function and value interdisciplinary cooperation
• You have an independent, exact, and structured way of working.
