Assistant Health and Social Care EBA / Nursing Assistant SRK (w/m/d) – Inhouse-Spitex, 50 % (flexible) The Regionale Pflegezentrum Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments. In the course of this development, we are building up our Inhouse-Spitex. This enables our tenants to live independently even in their own apartments within our complex – with the security of professional care in the background. We are looking for a reliable and committed personality as Assistant Health and Social Care EBA / Nursing Assistant SRK (w/m/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. Working hours (depending on the model): • Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 11:00 AM • or flexibly between 07:00 – 04:00 PM as well as 03:00 – 10:00 PM Assistant Health and Social Care EBA / Nursing Assistant SRK (w/m/d) – Inhouse-Spitex, 50 % (flexible) How you will support us: You care for and accompany our clients in their apartments within our institution You support basic care and everyday life (personal hygiene, mobilization) You specifically promote independence and resources You take on assignments according to the deployment planning within the house You observe changes and report them reliably You document your assignments completely and traceably You consistently adhere to quality and hygiene guidelines How you can convince us: You have completed training as an Assistant Health and Social Care EBA or Nursing Assistant SRK or an equivalently recognized qualification It is an advantage if you have experience in Spitex or in an independent working environment You work independently, structured, and reliably You handle changing situations well and act pragmatically You have good German language skills in speaking and writing You are flexible and enjoy participating in the development process How we will inspire you: A modern infrastructure in the new building and short distances – you are on the move within our complex, without external travel times A nursing routine with more independence and direct contact with clients in their apartments An exciting working environment in the development of our Inhouse-Spitex – you can actively help shape it A versatile assignment between care, support, and coordination Clients who organize their daily lives independently and use support in a targeted manner At least 25 days of vacation 13 paid public holidays And that's not all!
