To strengthen the legal department of the Kieser group of companies and to support our international expansion, we are looking for a committed person as Paralegal (m/w/d) at our system center in Zürich, immediately or by agreement. Your mission As part of our legal department and our expansion teams, you will take on a central coordination function between internal specialist departments, external consultants, and international business partners. With your structured and solution-oriented approach, you will support legal processes and administrative procedures in the DACH region as well as international development projects along our global expansion. What you achieve Efficient and legally secure contract management: You will support the creation, review, and negotiation of standard contracts (e.g. supply, service, NDA, GTC, IT, and license agreements) as well as the further development of contract templates, guidelines, and legal standards. Legal sparring partner: You will work independently on legal issues and support the head of the legal department in advising internal specialist departments. Complex issues will be coordinated with external lawyers and specialists. Corporate Housekeeping and IP: You will support the management in corporate law matters and coordinate the administration of trademark and patent rights. International expansion & project coordination: You will coordinate contract and due diligence processes, market entries, and franchise projects and act as an interface between internal specialist departments, external consultants, and international stakeholders. Organization & Business Support: You will support the head of the legal department as well as the international expansion in administrative, organizational, and project-related tasks. What characterizes you Bachelor's degree in business law, paralegal training, or comparable subject-specific qualification Professional experience in a legal department in the commercial sector, international law firm, or comparable company environment is an advantage Affinity for international business and expansion projects as well as enjoyment of coordination tasks Very good knowledge of civil, commercial, and contract law Stylistically secure German (C2) and very good English skills (C1), routine with MS Office Rapid comprehension, structured, exact, reliable, and independent working method, initiative, and high service orientation as well as discretion and team spirit Versatile and committed personality who can think outside the box and also keep an overview and calm in hectic situations What awaits you with us Flexibility that connects: We offer you the opportunity to work from home once a week, starting from a full-time position – for a balanced balance between presence and flexible work.
