Your tasks Managed Security Services (customer operation) - Processing of inquiries and disruptions from our customers within the framework of our Managed Security Services - Operation and monitoring of customer solutions in the areas of SD-WAN, Endpoint Detection & Response, Firewalls, Application WAAP Gateways and OT sensor technology. - Independent solution of standard inquiries as well as structured escalation of more complex cases to the engineering or security analyst team - Continuous monitoring and initial analysis of customer environments to ensure stable, secure and available operation - Implementation of changes, updates and configuration adjustments according to defined processes and service level guidelines Internal IT (operation & further development) - Operation, maintenance and further development of our internal IT infrastructure with over 100 Linux and Windows servers as well as various application servers - Administration of our Microsoft-365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) as well as Active Directory and other cloud services. - Automation and optimization of recurring operational tasks - Ongoing improvement of our internal infrastructure through hardening, monitoring and vulnerability management Collaboration & further development - Support in documentation and optimization of internal operational processes - Close collaboration with the security engineering and security analyst team to continuously improve our IT and OT security solutions - Gradual development of in-depth cyber security know-how as a basis for technical and personal further development Your profile - Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT specialist EFZ or equivalent - First experiences in operating IT infrastructures and basic understanding of network basics as well as great interest in IT security - Good knowledge in processing incidents and IT service management processes (e.g. ITIL) - Communication strength and joy in collaborating with customers and colleagues - Teamwork, analytical thinking and a structured approach - Experience in dealing with customers and 1st-level service desk - Relevant certifications in various IT infrastructure technologies - Ideally, basic knowledge of security solutions such as firewalls, endpoint security or NDR systems - Experience in cloud security and scripting tools (e.g. Bash, PowerShell) is an advantage
