Head of AJV Central Services with specialization in Administration & Accounting (80 %) #

Your tasks

• Member of the management and participation in strategic and organizational development at the level of the office and the department
• Technical and personnel management of a small team in the areas of administration, accounting, IT, and digitalization
• Responsibility for accounting including the budget, annual accounts, and management report in collaboration with the office management
• Responsible for the coordination, prioritization, and development of topics related to IT and digitalization
• Support to the office management in personnel and project management as well as ensuring administrative and organizational processes

Your profile

• Commercial training with additional training as an accounting manager; a degree from a university of applied sciences, even in another field, is an advantage
• Proven management experience as well as a cooperative and respectful leadership style
• Additional knowledge or qualifications in the areas of human resources, law, IT, and digitalization are an asset
• Willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent written expression as well as experience in drafting demanding administrative and legal correspondence
• Great sense of organization, flexibility, very good communication skills, and high social competence
• Great sense of responsibility, reliability, stress resistance, and ability to persuade
• Taste for change as well as the ability to actively shape and promote developments
