The processing of emails and various administrative tasks. The monitoring of supplies and common office needs. The management and replenishment of common areas. Support for general services and the smooth daily running of the premises. The occasional replacement of employees in case of absence, according to the needs of the organization. Profile Training or experience in hospitality, reception, welcome, or administration, with a preference for a background in hospitality. Proven professional experience in a similar position. Very good level of French and English C1 minimum. German or any other language is an asset. Excellent sense of welcome, communication, and service. Organized, autonomous, discreet person comfortable with varied tasks. Good presentation and professional attitude. Ability to demonstrate flexibility and to provide occasional replacements.
