Your tasks:

• Multilingual telephone consultation of customers
• Receiving and processing various inquiries by telephone
• Carrying out mutations such as address changes or adjustments of data
• Ensuring high service quality and professional communication

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic training, maturity, or comparable education
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of Italian and French
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as strong service and customer orientation
• Communicative, open and reliable personality
• High motivation and readiness to be fully available in the period from 04 January to 30 April 2027
