As part of an internal change, we are recruiting a: Social Worker (80%) - 12 month fixed-term contract Location: Lausanne (40%) and Vevey (40%) Start date: As soon as possible Salary scale: 7 (this scale is understood with validated prerequisites, failing which placement is at scale -1) What you bring to our mission In connection with a multidisciplinary team, you play a central role in offering individualized social support, organizing care according to current standards, and contributing to the life of the home and its smooth operation. Your key missions You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews. You implement personalized action plans. You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration. You coordinate with internal and external partners. You ensure respect for the rules of the home. Your profile You have a HES bachelor's in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma). Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances. You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset. You have a marked interest in the field of migration.
