Your tasks – responsibility and care in long-term care

• Individual care and support of residents according to their care needs
• Support with basic care as well as promoting the independence of the persons being cared for
• Implementation of medical-technical procedures such as blood glucose measurements, medication administration and wound care
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team for the optimal care of the residents
• Advising and accompanying relatives to ensure holistic care
• Documentation of care measures and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Your profile – professional knowledge and empathy

• Completed training as Specialist in Long-term Care & Support EFZ
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage, but not mandatory
• High social competence and joy in working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills for cooperation with relatives and specialists
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
