We act as ONE team for the success of SRG. Together with other departments, Finance is responsible for strategic management, targeted resource allocation, and creating transparency for sustainable decisions.

For this demanding transformation task, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded and strong leadership personality as Head of Real Estate SRG.

In this key role, you will assume overall strategic and operational responsibility for the nationwide real estate portfolio of SRG. You will report directly to the Director of Finance and are a member of the leadership team of the Finance Directorate. Together with your leadership team, you will shape the future site landscape of SRG and make a significant contribution to the long-term securing of its public service mandate. In doing so, you understand real estate not only as infrastructure but also as a connecting element between people, work environments, and corporate culture. You will develop and implement the SRG site strategy with the aim of using space more efficiently, optimizing costs sustainably, and aligning production and media sites for long-term future viability.

• Further development and implementation of the SRG real estate strategy
• Leadership and development of a nationwide real estate organization with over 100 employees
• Responsibility for a real estate portfolio of high strategic, technological, and social importance
• Implementation of the site strategy, continuous increase in operational efficiency, as well as sustainable optimization of space and infrastructure costs
• Further development of central SRG sites, particularly the production sites Genf/Ecublens and Comano, as well as the SRF Leutschenbach area
• Responsibility for master plans, investment planning, and long-term portfolio development
• Management of complex construction, renovation, and transformation programs
• Representation of SRG's real estate interests towards the Executive Board, Board of Directors, authorities, partners, and other stakeholders

This is how you impress us ####

• University degree as well as higher education in real estate management or a related field
• Several years of successful leadership experience in a complex organization
• Experience in leading large construction, development, or transformation projects
• High strategic and entrepreneurial competence as well as the ability to bring different interests together and develop viable solutions
• Experience in dealing with Executive Boards, Boards of Directors, authorities, and political stakeholders
• Business-fluent German skills as well as good knowledge of at least one other national language
