Your main responsibilities: Draft lease agreements and prepare addenda in collaboration with the manager; Check tenant files; Follow the processing of standard terminations; Ensure the transmission of information to owners. Your profile: CFC as a commercial employee, ideally in a real estate agency; First successful experience in the administrative sector; Mastery of the German language is indispensable; Good writing skills and spelling; Good capacity for understanding, adaptation, and analysis; Precise, proactive, rigorous, and autonomous; Of pleasant character with a great team spirit; Mastery of common IT tools, notably Excel.
