The SVEB is looking for a: Administration Clerk 80 % per 1 October 2026 or by arrangement: Der Schweizerische Verband für Weiterbildung (SVEB) is the umbrella organization for general and vocational continuing education. We network continuing education actors and are committed to the professionalization and quality of continuing education as well as to innovative developments in the continuing education system. Our 700 members are private and state providers, associations, in-house continuing education departments, as well as individuals. We represent their interests at political and professional levels in all three language regions. The SVEB operates a national office in Zürich and language-regional secretariats in Lausanne and Lugano. Tasks: In this varied role as Administration Clerk, you will take on diverse operational tasks in the areas of accounting (accounts payable and accounts receivable management), marketing, communication, event organization, as well as general administration within the staff unit in Zürich. Your profile: • Training as Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ in the service sector • Professional experience in general administration, ideally in an association or a non-profit organization • Interest in marketing and communication as well as events • Very good competencies in handling digital technologies and applications • Flexible, open, communicative and team-oriented personality • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • French language skills desirable We are looking for a motivated, independent, service- and solution-oriented person with a high awareness of quality.
