Your tasks * Assisting customers by telephone and in writing in French and German * Administrative processing of customer requests in the areas of property, personal, and/or social insurance * Supporting customer advisors with quote inquiries, comparisons, and application checks * Assisting in the processing of various benefit and claims cases * Supporting defined, well-described administrative customer processes * Acting as a deputy for similar tasks within the team Your profile * Completed commercial training with initial professional experience, preferably in the insurance industry * Talents with the desire to enter the insurance industry are also welcome * Requirement: Self-motivated, reliable, accurate, and conscientious way of working * Additionally, you bring strong team orientation and a high readiness to provide service * Motivated and proficient in using MS-Office, ERP solutions, and digital tools * French skills: Good to very good communication (min.
