Payroll Administrator (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Payroll Administrator (M/F).
Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the complete and reliable processing of payroll for all employees, in compliance with deadlines, legal provisions, and applicable collective agreements.
• You will guarantee the compliance of wage and social security declarations.
• You will provide first-level support to employees for any questions related to salaries.

Your profile:

• You have recognized training in the field of payroll (federal diploma of specialist in social insurance, payroll administrator certificate or equivalent), or solid experience that can compensate for the absence of a formal title.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in payroll processing in the construction sector in Switzerland, with experience in the CCT SOR and CCT MBG collective agreements.
• You have good knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and applicable CCTs in the construction sector, as well as very good knowledge of WinEur Salaires.
• You master IT tools and are comfortable with digital tools; knowledge of WinEur Comptabilité is an asset.
• You are a rigorous, autonomous, organized person with excellent communication skills, and a marked sense of discretion and confidentiality.
• You are fluent in French; any other language is an asset.
