WHAT WILL BE YOUR IMPACT
Mission
We are looking for a Machining Group Leader to strengthen our management team within the night shift for our Villars-sur-Glâne site.
Responsibilities
For 50% of your activity rate, you ensure the daily management of the sector in terms of team management, technique, quality, productivity, deadline as well as the implementation of new products:
You organize your department optimally, evaluate performance, develop potential and expertise to unite and retain
You are the communication link to your collaborators and promote the values of the Maison
You contribute to developing a healthy and stimulating working atmosphere
You ensure the application of all Hygiene and Safety rules and the monitoring of the administrative management of your team
You ensure the maintenance of existing processes and means and participate in the implementation of new manufacturing processes
You ensure the sharing of information with the different partners and your team
You ensure production monitoring and prepare the reporting for your sector
You are a source of proposals to improve production (ergonomics, flow, method, tools, quality)
You implement and manage self-control
You analyze non-conformity problems encountered and implement corrective actions in partnership with the Quality and Methods teams
You participate in the problem solving of your sector
For 50% of your activity rate, you are an actor in production:
You produce and you strive to maintain, support and improve the Quality, Delivery and Productivity performance of your sector
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
With the benefit of a CFC polymécanicien or Micromécanicien or an ES Technician Diploma in microtechniques you have several years of experience in the industry as well as mastery of machining processes.
You know IT tools and ERP and know management tools, planning and performance indicators.
Autonomy is a strength in you. You are furthermore, agile, capable of driving change and benefit from good resistance to stress.
Endowed with good communication skills, pedagogy, and a sense of listening, you are capable of uniting teams.
Finally, you are a rigorous, responsible person endowed with a pro-active spirit
