Job Description

• Holistic and individual care as well as nursing of patients in the outpatient sector
• Implementation of nursing measures according to current nursing and quality standards
• Ensuring basic medical care and treatment care, including medication administration and wound care
• Support with diagnostic and therapeutic measures in cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
• Responsibility for nursing planning, documentation and reporting in the nursing information system
• Promotion of the well-being of patients through an empathetic and professional attitude
• Advice and guidance of relatives in dealing with nursing and care
• Active participation in the development and optimization of work processes and nursing standards
• Induction and support of new employees as well as support for trainees and students

Qualifications

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Professional experience in the acute care sector, ideally in a hospital or a comparable institution
• Sound specialist knowledge in basic medical care and treatment care
• High sense of responsibility and a careful, patient-oriented way of working
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team, even in demanding and hectic situations
• Very good communication skills as well as empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
• Good knowledge of documentation and handling digital nursing information systems
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation in a dynamic and versatile environment
