Share What can you expect? ## • Receiving and forwarding bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers through digital channels • Assisting in customer consulting • Preparing and processing bank transactions administratively In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete your training with us either with an extended basic education EFZ or with a vocational maturity. At the same time, you will attend a vocational school (BWZ Rapperswil SG) one to two days a week, as well as the inter-company courses at CYP, a competence center for modern banking expertise, about once a month. What do you bring? ## Academically: • Completed primary school at the highest level with good grades • Very good German language skills, fluent in writing and speaking • Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages • With vocational maturity: Very good performance at the highest level, passed admission exam Personally: • Sociable and communicative • Joy in learning • Teamwork ability • Reliability and precise work • Open to new things Interests: • Joy in banking day-to-day business and customer contact • Interest in trends and developments in the profession and industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
