Your main tasks are:
Operating, programming and monitoring CNC turning machines
(Swiss Type Lathe)
Controls: Fanuc and ISO Code
Active participation in process improvement
Ensuring the required quality / measuring and documenting manufactured parts
Maintenance and servicing of the machines
Flexible assistance in other areas
Your profile:
4-year apprenticeship as Polymechaniker EFZ with federal certificate of proficiency is required
Experience with CNC turning machines (setup and programming)
Experience and programming knowledge on Fanuc controls and ISO Code
Good tool knowledge and proficiency in handling technical drawings
Reliable and independent working style
Advantageous: Operating and programming measuring machines CMM and optical
