For our customer, we are looking for a committed and professionally experienced personality in the field of nursing and care.

Your tasks

• Active participation in nursing and care
• Support and professional guidance of the nursing team
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in nursing-related issues
• Ensuring and implementing the nursing process
• Participation in quality and development projects
• Support in the introduction and further development of nursing instruments

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or comparable qualification in the long-term care sector
• Several years of professional experience in nursing
• Further training in a nursing specialty is an advantage
• High professional competence as well as a strong awareness of quality
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Good organizational skills and IT user knowledge
• Team-oriented personality with a networked way of thinking
